Windshield Wiper Intermittent Relay - 1996 960 900 1996

Hi all. I'm wondering if anyone can give me a hand. Once I start my 1996 960, after 5 minutes of running, the windshield wipers come on and the pump kicks in squirting wiper fluid on the windshield ... WITHOUT me touching the wiper switch ..???? I don't want to burn the windshield washer motor so I've pulled the 25 amp fuse. Has anyone experienced the same problem ? I think its the "Windshield Wiper Intermittent Relay" ... not sure. Can anyone send me the location of the Relay compartment and a wiring diagram for my 1996 960. Any other suggestions would be appreciated.
