What other tool could be used to remove trailing arm bushing/sleeves, PLEASE HELP!! 200

Greetings:

What other tool could one use aside from the TAB tool, in order to remove the old trailing arm bushings? I don't have the poly pop ins! I have the rubber OEM with the metal shells. Could I somehow incorporate a ball joint press, and or some kind of C-Clamp? I am thinking 1 good can of PB Blaster would help too? I understand the one cannot just bang this thing out! What say you? Also what is the size of the bolt, that inserts into the sleeve inside the bushing. I would probably purchase a grade 8 set, with washer/nut. Thanks in advance.
