If they sent you the cheap connector with 18 gauge wire that will plug into your new h4's (and as ken mentioned you would then buy 55/60's), you'll have to either find the right crimps to go into your existing 9004 connectors, or, cut those off.

Cutting them off isn't a good idea because Dan's kit contains an adapter that you will wire and just plug in to your existing 9004 socket.

Just wait.
