OBD 1 check engine light ON 200 1992

the Volvo is a 1992, 240GL, B230F, LH-2.4, EZK116, California EGR ---

Check engine light is on and the OBD fault codes say that the Fuel system is "compensating" (the valves have started clattering when I accelerate hard).

When I check the Throttle Position Switch in full-throttle I get the input code for idle position when I release it.

And, when I check the OBD outputs I get fuel injectors clicking, and air control valve clicking, but no third clicking for cold start injector.

QUESTION: Does this LH-2.4 Volvo have ECU input diagnostics for the
Throttle Position Switch in FULL-throttle position, or is that only on the OBD for LH-3.1 models?

QUESTION: Does this LH-2.4 Volvo have ECU output diagnostics for Cold Start Injector, or is that only on the OBD for LH-3.1
