two issues, first is replacing the tranny dipstick 200 1987

I can't break the bolt that holds the tranny dipstick to the pan. I had to try taking the whole piece off but when I went to do it I found that the bolt holding the dipstick also is holding the starter in place. Anywho the bolt is so long that it hits the body of the car. Any ideas on how do get this out with out cutting a hole in the car? I have to replace the tranny pan seal.

Anywho I am doing this so I can find a happy owner. I asked my nephew if he had anyone from his high school that might need a car? The kids that showed up stopped looking at. I know the thing is ugly but for free? they wouldn't even take the car for free. Thanks in advance
