Very nice and thanks for the pictures.
Is your aluminum plate 3/4" thick because that's the depth of the end of the MC behind the flange?

So the crossbar is just a restraint - keeps the pedal arm from coming too far forward. The picture flash makes it difficult to see, but it looks like a piece of angle, and then you just fastened the switch bracket to that (?)

Do you recall the length of the bolt you started with? I guess the overall length of the rod is determined by the MC's specifics, but if you know what yours ended up being that would be useful. And thanks again for the pictures.

By the way is Ron's switch anything special? Couldn't a properly rated microswitch be used? I might do this if I had a cheap source for the switch, though my hydraulic switch is working fine. What prompted you to switch to the electric pressure switch?
