K cam install 200

I just got my K cam from Avalanche in Canada. It has one small flaw but I think it will be fine. It looks to have been bead blasted. I was going to do the install this weekend and I was trying to come up with a parts list. Car is a 92 mtx with 129k miles. What all should I replace while I'm in there.

I also got an adjustable gear with it. Any suggestions on timing settings? Dale at Avanache said "I'd suggest advancing the cam timing 4 or 6 degrees to drop the power band a bit." Hmmm, so should I go for our six?

Thanks!
