Checked a few things 200 1989

Hi Randy,

It is definitely a manufacturing error, and as such, was probably repeated ad-infinitum. Thank Afton for pointing it out here.

To correct it, I had to open the plastic carrier for the chokes and motor terminals and swap them. Yes, I am thinking of two other of these replacement sender assemblies, and where, exactly are they. One, I'm certain, is in our wagon, and I think the other in the 242. Both have loud new tank pumps, something I thought was my error in allowing them to contact the bottom of the tank. Maybe I have some photos that would reveal the wiring polarity.

I just checked the wagon (in photos) and its sender was wired correctly, but had another manufacturing defect. The choke's enamel insulation was not removed prior to or by soldering it to the motor terminal. I had to do that job twice too!

The 242 got a tank pump, but not a new sender.
