Another Opinion on 1-1-3 Code 200

Hi Dan,

With all due deference to Art, I'd like to offer the Regina FI's version of the 1-1-3 code. Netted out, it's based on injector ground side current measurement by the ECU. Based on the similarity between the LH 2.4 and Regina ECU's (from an external I/O and pin-out comparison), I think it's quite possible that the LH derives the 1-1-3 the same way.

Basically the Regina Green Book says that too much or too little current drawn (no specifics given), will set the 1-1-3, suggesting possible causes like an open on either the injector voltage or ground side, or a short to ground between ECU 18 (same for LH) and the injectors.

Believing the "final" (external) ECU ground point is one of the two on the Fuel Rail support brackets, I'd try removing and cleaning both of them. Can't hurt.
