Wind up driver side window binding 200

The next river I have to cross in reviving my 87 wagon is a drivers side window that binds up tight about halfway up in the exact same place regardless of the pressure I put on it front or back. Any words of wisdom or anything peculiar to Volvo 240's would be much appreciated. I have not opened the door panel yet but will be tomorrow, I hope. It has been a while since I had windups.

Thanks,
Jim Lee
