Damping oil leaking out - b16 444-544

Greetings, I put my Damping oil in my H4's about a week ago after they were rebuilt by Joe Curto. I went to finish some stuff up last night and noticed it was dripping oil out of the port for the vacuum advance line. I looked inside and the damping oil is slowly leaking down into the intake body, throttle body? - the part between the carb and the intake. I'm too tired right now to look up the terms.

Is this a Big deal or something I should not care about. One is leaking and the other is not.
