DETAILS about the Wagon 120-130


Nice car! It appears to be a '68, if this is right the brakes have a few things that are unique to the '68 220 wagons. Most late wagons were equiped with the Girling dual MC(NLA)/remote servo setup. The servo acts on the front discs only. Also the rear wheel cylinders are 1" on this year, wagons only, and the rear proportining valve is not setup the same as other years/sedans.
Once you get into repairing the system let me know and I will tell you what I did with mine, I am very happy with the brake 'feel' and performance on my '68 220. I will try to post a photo of my underhood brake setup below.
