b234f white smoke on road test 700

White smoke billowing out at road speed.

Help, please 1990 740 GLE b234f engine 220k. Initially when the engine failed the side of the radiator was blown off and a head gasket leak was found. We replaced the radiator and road tested it. White smoke which we believed to be from a head gasket leak billowed out( I guess antifreeze) Decided to rebuild the head completely, replaced radiator, timing belt, all new gaskets from the head gasket up. Started the engine and it runs smoothly at idle but I still get
billowing white clouds of smoke on the road test. Compression was excellent and even 151 psi ea. Do I have a cracked block? I've got $600 in parts into a $600 book value car even though the paint, tires and interior are still very nice.

Anyone have any advise or should I junk it for parts?

Thanks
