140 Alternator / engine fan offset 120-130 1966

The spacer is about half an inch thick and it is the same whether you use a B20 or a late B18 block.
The above is assuming you are speaking of the OEM alternator and the ½"-13 UNC bolt that is the principal mount for it.
The best bet is to adjust the belt tension then use a 3/4" socket with a breakover handle and tighten it right.
This will also help preserve the belt tension.
