91 Speedo repair update 700 1991

Well it is still not fixed . It will only indicate as far as 45 mph. I did a check by gently blowing on the indicator needle to see if there was a physical restriction to its motion and there was'nt any. Also I rechecked the caps for capacitance and esr vlues and they checked out correctly. I also followed the suggestions in the FAQs regarding the cleaning the board and remelting the surrounding solder. I am curious to find out what else it might be.
