Easy out... 120-130

If you can get to it with a dremel either drill a starter hole or cut a notch in it. If you can notch it you can sometimes get at it with a large flat screwdriver. give it a good soaking with a thin lubricant to help make the extraction easier.

Once you get the easy out out then drill the center out of the bolt. Sometimes that will get it going or make it easier to use another easy-out. If drilling the center does not work just move up to larger and larger bits till you drill the whole bolt out. Then Helicoil and be done.
