Wheel Widening 140-160

Blanks came from ROH Australia, but I imagine there is somone who makes or sells them in America.

I assume it was a matter of finding a blank that was the perfect fit for the diameter of the inner part of your old wheel?

I think the rim itself conforms to an SAE standard, I don't remember who invented the drop centre rim or who added the safety lips, but they were a big leap forward in motor car design. Your worst case would be buying a set of 15x7 steel wheels made for something else, like cheap 4WD rims & taking the centre out first.

Wouldn't happen to have a picture of the resultant look would you?

I will find one & post it. They look a bit ghey with the screw on hub cap, but good with the optional Volvo 'sports cap' like you see on P1800's. They definitely suit a Q-Ship because no one would even take a second look at them.
