started and now doesn't 200

I changed my spark plugs, wires, cap and rotor along w/ the flame trap on my '86 245. Flame trap was a pain but eventually wiggled and work things back into place. The spark plugs and wires went in fine. I turn the key and it takes a little cranking but it eventually turned over and ran fine. I started the engine 3 times that evening before I parked it. Now, after sitting overnight just the starter motor turns w/ no sign of things firing up. I pushed it to an auto shop near my house after looking over everything I did several times over seeing nothing wrong (firing order correct etc etc).

The shop said I have no spark or fuel, and as I left them this afternoon they were going to look around again for something that was jostled/unplugged etc. I have no doubt its something like this... any ideas based on what can be jostled while changing the flame trap, rotor, plugs, and wires that would cause this?

I should say that the car was running flawlessly prior to this endeavor. Engine would roar up w/ absolutely no hesitation. What have I done?
