I am replacing doors- I have a question about the wire harness

At this point your best bet is to use all of the wiring from the door you are replacing. The folks at the factory got it all in there, you should be able to get it out and do the same. It should be plug and play, at least on the car side. Start with the "new" door and its cut wires. Best to learn on the one you're not going to use.
