How best to remove torque converter 120-130

According to my Haynes manual, you first take off the tranny from the bell housing the same way you would if it were a manual. Then the starter and bell housing same as manual. The torque converter is held to the flywheel with an adapter plate between them (mark it first to be sure it goes back the same way, it's balanced. There is a lot of oil in the converter so it's heavy. Good luck and my advice is convert it to a stick ;)
