TURBO BOGGING BLUES 700 1988

You have the correct AMM, 007.

There is a possibility the overboost switch is bad. On your 760 it is mounted on the Coolant Reservoir. Disconnect and plug the vacuum line running to it. Do a test drive.

Are all of the induction hoses intact? Take each one off, clean them, and inspect inside and out. The intercooler outlet hose wears out on the bottom where you can't see it, and the rubber elbow at the throttle body ruptures on the outside of the bend. The other hoses seldom give trouble, but take all of them off and inspect.
