Disc rotors stuck on rear axle 140-160

I have a 145 parts car that has horrendous rust issues that have made it a pain to get stuff off the bottom. Newest issue is an attempt to use the rear axle which is a 4.10 from a 164 that is in excellent condition. Problem is that the rear rotors are seized to the axle. I've used tons of penetrating anti-seize and have banged the hell out of them, but they won't come off. The retaining bolt on both rotors is out, and I can't see anything else keeping them on except rust! The rotors are warped, which is why they need to be removed.

Does anyone have any tips or special tools to help get these things off? I really want to use this axle!
