Heater Hose Leak 700

If you ordered two heater hoses, you should have all you need. The return hose is one piece and stays that way when you install it. The supply hose, from the head to the heater comes as one piece, but you cut it in half and install the heater control valve in the middle of it. Can you supply a part number and who you ordered it from so I can check and make sure you have all the hoses you need?
