How do I pull out a "bumped' rear bumper? 200 1989

I backed into another car. Didn't seem to do any damage to either vehicle at the time but I now notice that the rear bumper on my '89 245 is pushed in a little on the passenger side. It is not "awful ugly" but my baby is otherwise in fine condition. I'd like to repair the damage if it is inexpensive and even better if I can DIY. Any thoughts? Thanks.
