Fixed first problem, now another 200 1986

It looks like you've ruled out a lot of likely culprits already. Have you done a compression test to check that all 4 cylinders are more or less equal? If they are not, then maybe you'll never get a nice smooth idle.

I don't know how easy the seals on LH injectors are to install, but another option is to check that you've correctly reassembled everything that you've done. I find the little o-ring seals on my K-jet can be difficult to reinstall to get a good seal with the head.
