Old B18 . . . what to keep? 444-544

I've just installed my freshly rebuilt B18 and the 'olde' B18 is out of the car. It was running to the very last day, but cylinder #2 is very low on compression.

The entire engine is old and weak, leaking oil from everywhere. I don't know what to do with it. I certainly don't want to rebuild it . . . ever. Is there anything I should keep, or should I drag the whole thing to the next salvage yard and dispose of it (properly)?

Any thoughts?
