pvc injectors 140-160

Hello,

There is no spring loaded mechanical PCV valve.

When Volvo went to the B20, they started using a ported PCV fitting on the intake manifold to replace the PCV valve.

All that is necessary for serving the fitting/valve is to clean it with a piece of wire to make sure it can provide vacuum.

The breather box on the side of the block is retained by a 1/4" bolt if you want to clean it.

But removal in normally only done to replace the oring.

The breather box should have a flame trap mounted inside the nipple for the PCV hose and these do become plugged over time.

I keep new ones in stock.
