You might have a sticking caliper that causes the pads to drag too much. If so pull the brake shoes and get a little red straw that comes with PB blaster and try loosening it up. Maybe try brake cleaner first. Push the piston in and slightly apply the brake to pop them out a little with shoe back in place. Do it a couple times and hope they loosen.
