Yazaki cluster 1986 v. 1987 - Voltmeter problem 700 1986

Hi Dan,
I got a replacement voltage stabilizer from the dealer for around $18, but when I was removing the old one from the cluster I heated the solder joints too much and melted the board. Now I don't have a good area to connect the voltage stabilizer to. The dealer says $212 list for a new board. I have a cluster from an '87, but from your previous posts this wouldn't work in my '84. Any suggestions?

Thanks,
Dave
