Swapping engine '85 240 into '83 245 200 1985

Blown head (for certain), maybe cooked the whole engine in my '83 245. Body is in good shape, and I had put in the 4 spd tranny and OD from my '76 245 a few yrs ago. It has LH 2.1
I have a good running eng in a '85 240 w AT. Body is getting too rusty, cloth interior in great shape. Planning to part it out, sell stuff and save stuff.

Opinions/info on doing this engine swap? Thanks
