Yet Another E-Code Question 200 1993

I made a Relay Circuit board for my Stock lights. The thought was that teh Bulbs would see a true 13V through the relay rather then a washed out 11V after it went through the Stock wiring. I hooked up one side and... Walking down the Driveway and looking back at the car or while taking it for a drive, I cannot see a bit of difference.

The E-codes draw a bit more current so, as mentioned, the relays would take a bit of strain off the headlight switch.

What did you buy Harness wise? a 9004 to H4 conversion harness?
