Ball Joint / Tie Rod Separator Tool? 700

Can anyone recommend a decent all-purpose (screw-type) ball joint tie rod separator for the 700/900 series? Where to order from, part number, cost? Not the pickel-fork type -- I could not get that to work without fear of demolishing my front end.
I am half way through a front end upgrade with Moog ball joints / IPD bushings and if it weren't for the fact the I am removing the control arm completely (and having the ball joint removed by the folks replacing the bushings), not sure what I would be doing about getting the old ball joints out.
