light failure lamp on 200

Under the dashboard on the driver's side to the left of the steering column. It is supposed to be mounted in a spring clip attached to the dash/steering column support, but in nearly every used 240 I have seen it is just hanging from the harness.

The Bulb Failure Sensor (more proper name) looks like a plastic canister about 2" in diameter and 2" long, either red in color or black. The sensor has 12 terminal pins, 13 on a car with the additional center brake light.
