Clutch Damper "rattle' 200

I recently had my clutch replaced (around 15-20,000 miles ago...I guess that isn't too recent). Now it has developed a rattle when my foot is off of the clutch. I got under the car and saw the vibration damper (see picture below) was vibrating against the clutch fork. I figured "oh, it must need to be adjusted", so I adjusted it to the specs in the Bentley manual. The rattling will not go away. I don't seem to be missing any of the parts, perhaps I am adjusting it wrong? Does anyone have any previous experience with this?

It is a very small problem indeed, but it is annoying and gives onlookers the impression that my car is hanging on its last thread.

The picture shows all of the car info.

Thanks
Mike
