Do I need a new or rebuilt engine?? 700 1989

This is the 'wifemobile' and has had transmission issues lately (gonna try to resolve by flushing and adding synthetic oil). I checked the compression with a tester from AutoZone. The numbers were ( after 40 cranks each time): 1) 150psi
2)155 psi 3)150psi 4)150psi.
This engine is OEM and has at least 225,000 miles on it. No smoking.
Are these normal PSI's for this age engine? Should I think about replacing it with a lower mileage one or even re-ringing the pistons?
Thanks,
el raidman

PS. My 86 745 has 150,145,150,155.
