Missed Connection? (coolant temp sensor)

Are you sure you are looking at the right coolant temp sensor? There are two. One is for the temp gauge. I believe this sensor has one spade connector. The other sensor is for the fuel injection. I believe the injection temp sensor has a connector with two conductors. I *think* the injection sensor is toward the rear of the head under the intake whilst the temp gauge sender is closer to the front of the head.
