Cannot remove under breather box 200 1990

I just replaced this hose while I had my oil pan out. That is the only way you can replace it, from what I could see. There are two different brackets that "hug" the hose to the drivers side of the oil pan, "assumingly" to prevent it from sliding over into the crankshaft. It would be impossible to just "remove and replace" the old hose without removing the oil pan. Bruce (lucid) seems to have a solution - I would do what he says.
