Brake Light Failure - Relay or Something Else 900 1994

I just had one of my local LEOs inform me (very politely, actually) that I had no brake lights (and I thought it was the orange light I ran).

The FAQ points to the Bulb Failure Relay (BFR) and I, fortunately, have one I pulled from a wreck, but it is at home.

I spent the weekend under the driver's side dash installing a new radio and getting the arial working. Is there something under the kick boards there that I might have knocked loose that would affect the brake lights?

I plan to attack this immediately when I get home, just hoping to have a few options to check.

BTW, the bulbs look ok (for what that is worth). I did swap the turn bulbs and brake bulbs. I think it is not the bulbs as the turn signals work with either and the brakes work with neither.
