Get a pressure gauge and test your fuel pressure. Absolutely should NOT be more than
3 psi! If you are lacking the spacer between the fuel pump and the block, or if you
have an off-brand fuel pump, either could be causing the fuel pressure to be higher,
which WILL cause it to LEAK! Should have the spacer and a gasket on both sides of
the spacer.
