How To Clean Out Grill Area Below Windshield? 200 1983

Ok, you all can laugh at this one. I am...

In the last several years I have had to store my '83 242 out on the street here in the Pacific Northwest. During this time, all kinds of schmutz has accumulated under the grill that is below the window and behind the hood. There is even moss growing in there. I have just added some baking powder on the moss and I know this will kill the moss. But how to get inside there and clean things out? I just don't see any way. I can get at some of the area with my shop vac and a small nozzle. But it seems like I should be able to get better access. I just cannot find any.

Thanks for your replies (after your giggles subside).
