92 245- another oil question- is quaker state 10-30 ok 200

hi sages- this question has probably been answered before but i dont remember it. i have a 92 245 with the 4cyl engine. it runs fine burns no oil and no oil added between changes. have had it for over 2 years now and has 227k . bought it from original owner who put on 219k. change oil about 4k miles. have been using quaker state 10-30 as called for in the book . prior owner told me he used 10-30 too. have heard that the oils of the last few years do not have zddp in them which is no good for older engines . is this true. word is that this oil causes excessive wear in flat tappet engines. do i have a problem doing what i am doing? oil stays fairly clean and doesnt turn black like in other engines i have had. would appreciate your sage advice. thanks tons old duke ps- by the way just read an excellent article by irv gordon with his 3 million mile volvo in this months issue of auto restorer magazine.
