1983 242Turbo door trim quesrtion 200 1983

My 1983 242Turbo doors have black trim all around the door. At the bottom it is the rubber and metal against the glass that come off easily, but how do it get the rest of the black trim off to swap to a rust free door. Was it a one-time use item? My body shop can't figure it out and I have never pondered this question before. Thanks so much. Hopefully you will see it in Stratton.
