#4 would be the one you hook to the large plug on the alternator (If that goes direct to the battery)

Can't speak for the green wire, being a B&W pic, but I think it's the smallest wire coming from terminal 3 that you hook up to the white pigtail on your new alternator. It should be green, and it goes to the amp light.

All other wires can be left alone.
