240 Resurrection - Rear brakes no fluid from bleeders 200 1990

As the resurrection progresses, I was bleeding/changing brake fluid using a power bleeder setup at 15 psi. When attempting to bleed the rear brake calipers I got no flow from either side. Removed and cleaned out both bleeders and no flow even with the bleeders out. All front bleeders operated as advertised and bled until clean fluid was seen.

The archives seem to have several instances of this happening but I don't seem to see what the solutions have been. Comments appreciated from the list experts on my plan below:

1. Break connections from each caliper forward until I get flow then attempt to remove and blow out downstream lines.

2. Plan on replacing both rear calipers with rebuilt units as they are probably locked up with no fluid for some time.
