Order the correctly sized (16mm) bolt... 200

I bought them from Tasca once. Believe the correct size is M12, but I received M10 bolts. My guess is Tasca combined common hardware, from among their many car marques into bulk stock and fill the blue bags as required from this, but perhaps a bin got mislabeled or mixed up.

Edit: Looking again at the partial part number on my bag, it didn't fit with the part number you suggested to google. The bag actually says 970966, and the fiche, from which I squinted out the p/n says 970986, so the parts Tasca sent me were correct -- for some other application. The Tasca invoices (ca 7/2011) don't show me part numbers, only descriptions and quantities. :) Sorry, Tasca, this is a typical error made by me.

Bought the 12mm bolts from McMaster-Carr.

Sawzall was the winning tool.
