1988 240 no electricity 200 1988

I have a problem with my 1988 Volvo 240 DL wagon.

The car does not seem to be getting any electrical power. The battery is fully charged, and the Battery cables also check out, and are getting current.

I put the key in the ignition switch, and nothing powers up. I get no lights on the dash. No headlights, no fan, nothing... Car has abslutely no power.

Im leaning towards the Ignition switch is faulty, but a couple of buddies think it may be the fuse box down near the door of the car...

Can anyone reccomend what to check on the car???
