still chasing low power/stumble 200 1989

couple issues

when floored it bogs and misfires/stumbles a bit. been chasing this low power, slow acceleration thing all fall/winter.
(new plugs, wire, cap, rotor, fpr. cleaned throttle body and amm and iac.)

also, when in park, if I step on brake hard rapidly multiple times it will want to almost stall or lower rpms way low.

fyi it has the classic uphill less than half tank stumble( in tank pump?) but, will also do it with more than half tank.( pumps run. jumpered both to hear)

still haven't checked out exhaust to see if that is plugged.
with warm weather returning ( sorry northeast)I can better look at some stuff outside.

any thoughts would be helpful
