Electrical Gremlin after an accident 200 1988

It's been a while since I'd posted, or been to the brickboard, and am hoping that someone might be able to help

I had an accident a little while back, (snowy icy roads, and slid into a Honda CRV) which obliterated by left ecode light, and slightly bent up some of the body, which I think can be swapped without too much problem.

The reason for posting is that nearly all lights do not work unless the turn signal is pulled back to activate the brights. (this includes the radio, ALL interior lights, brake lights, hazards, of course head lights) but it does not include turn signals, and until recently the rear fog lights worked if the headlights switch was turned on.

I'm wanting to figure this out. But want to try to do so in the most efficient manner, am willing to spend time, but don't want to go down to many blind rabbit holes.

I'm hoping that the experts on this group may know how to fix this.
