Rear main seal replacement issue 200

I have a '90 240 sedan that has around 230k miles on it. Earlier this year I pulled the engine to replace all seals and gaskets as it had become a real oil leaker. This has helped tremendously in reducing the oil dripping on the driveway. However, the rear main still leaked.

This weekend I pulled it out again and replaced the rear main seal - this time using a Volvo branded replacement. However, it still seems to be leaking. Does anyone have any tips as to why I can't get the rear main to seal properly?
