New points will probably help too. 120-130 1968

Dwell is at 60, if I am reading my meter right, doubling for an 8 cylinder.
New cap and rotor already on it.

Could be old point bounce at upper rpm.

It appears to have the original condenser, the kind with a soldered connection at the condensor face and a rigid copper wire, which tested ok risking to 34k ohms in a few seconds.
